Quality private home located across a quiet street from miles of sandy beach. This property consists of a house with private swimming pool and pool house. Will accommodate up to 12 people. Perfect for family groups, family reunions or a couple.
The main house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second twins. Two additional persons may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area. The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, living room, dining room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
A separate pool house overlooks the swimming pool and contains a bath, studio kitchen and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks, and a double hide-a-bed. The pool house is not large and is perfect for a couple or up to 6 youngsters.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a golf course are within walking distance as are snorkeling, surfing and wind surfing. Fine dining, Makena, Wailea and hotel entertainment are nearby.
The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.
RENTAL RATES;
House and pool house for 4 people = $325 per day.
Additional persons either house $35 per day
Cleaning fee - $200
Hawaii tax 11.42%
One week minimum
Christmas holiday - 2 week minimum - $500 per day for 4 people.
Deposit of one-third required to hold time. Refund if the house can be rerented.
