House and pool house for 4 people: $375.00 per day.
Additional persons either house: $35.00 per day.
Cleaning fee (non-refundable): $200.00
Security Deposit (refundable if no damage): $500.00
Hawaii tax: 12.4% One week minimum.
Christmas holiday, 2 week minimum: $500 per day for 4 people.
Deposit of one-third required to hold the reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refund if the house can
be rerented.
